Supervision will be provided through telehealth or in-person sessions, as outlined in the supervision contract. The supervision process is structured into two meetings: a pre-activities meeting for instruction and assignment review, and a post-activities meeting for feedback and competency evaluation. This approach utilizes Behavior Skills Training (BST) to target key areas of the BCBA task list, enhance skill acquisition, and ensure thorough understanding across all competencies. In the pre-activities session, instruction will be delivered, and assignments will be set. In the post-activity session, the BCBA will provide detailed feedback on submitted assignments, identify areas for improvement, and offer additional support as needed to ensure continued growth and mastery.

Each supervision session will include a minimum of 30 hours of unrestricted activities focused on the current area of development. Unrestricted activities may include, but are not limited to, creating operational definitions, analyzing data graphs, assessing skill levels across various client profiles, and identifying appropriate goals based on assessment results. These activities are designed to provide hands-on experience and deepen the candidate's understanding of areas of the BCBA task list.
